MOST gives you options. We have experienced professionals who offer our patients more than 100 years of combined experience in the physical therapy field. Our staff consists of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants and office support staff at three different offices in Millbrook, Hopewell Junction, and Rhinebeck. We welcome you to get to know the people who will be responsible for overseeing your therapy. They are here to guide you through a personalized program designed to help you get the MOST out of your therapy.

    Certified Personal Trainer

    Kyle Gillis joined the MOST team in August of 2019. Originally from Milan, New York, he first attended Dutchess Community College where he earned a certification in personal training from National Council on Strength & Fitness. Following this he went onto receive a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland.

    Kyle is dedicated to helping people which has led him to pursue becoming a volunteer firefighter to better his community. This passion extents, to working with people in an effort to help them achieve their fitness goals. Kyle has several years of training experience at MOST PT, IXL health and other fitness clubs as well as performing home visits. Recently, he began teaching an exercise class aimed at helping patients of MOST PT and members of the community, to embrace fitness and wellness. The purpose of the class is to teach people the safe and proper way to lift weights and educate them on the benefits of strength training in enhancing their function. To supplement these pursuits, Kyle enjoys staying up to date by researching and reading books to expand his fitness knowledge base.

    Outside of work, Kyle can sometimes be found at the local gym exercising himself. He also enjoys exploring new places to hike and playing sports with friends. Sports including softball, badminton and everything in between. When it comes to badminton though he’ll happily take on any challenger. Apart from athletics Kyle has taken up photography as a hobby.
