MOST gives you options. We have experienced professionals who offer our patients more than 100 years of combined experience in the physical therapy field. Our staff consists of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants and office support staff at three different offices in Millbrook, Hopewell Junction, and Rhinebeck. We welcome you to get to know the people who will be responsible for overseeing your therapy. They are here to guide you through a personalized program designed to help you get the MOST out of your therapy.

    Physical Therapist

    Ryan Dalton joined MOST in June of 2018.  Originally from Red Hook, Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University.  Ryan was a four year member of the men's basketball team at Fisher and a captain in his senior season that included an Empire 8 Championship and a run to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. Ryan has also spent 2 years as an assistant coach for the Utica College Men’s Basketball team.  He remains a consultant/scout for the program.  Currently, he is the assistant varsity basketball coach for Millbrook High School.

    Ryan has a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and enjoys working with patients of all populations.  In his never ending pursuit for continuing his education, he has recently obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He is also a Credentialed Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.  In his free time he enjoys staying active by running, playing basketball, and working on skill development with young athletes. 

    Ryan currently sees patients out of our clinics in Hopewell Junction and Rhinebeck.
