Sports and Orthopedic Therapy

One-On-One Care to Treat Your Injuries

Whether you’ve been injured in an accident or you’ve sustained an injury competing in athletics, the focus at MOST is on improvement. We’re here for you from your first post-injury consultation to your last therapy session, using proven techniques that can help you regain strength, stability and function.

Your physical therapist will work with you, conducting a baseline evaluation and using those results to set goals with you. You’ll receive a program that’s been set up specifically for you to achieve success.

ACL Injury Recovery Programs

Among the most common injuries sustained during athletic competitions, a torn ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) in the knee will sideline you for months. MOST’s staff specialize in helping patients recover from this injury and return to the field or workplace.

We’ll start your therapy before your surgery, and work with you in the months after your surgery with a tested program designed to hit milestones on regaining your strength, range of motion and stability before moving onto the next phase to build off those successes.

Concussion Testing

Concussions are now recognized as one of the more common injuries in contact sports. MOST staff will work with your physician to conduct baseline tests and develop an appropriate treatment strategy for you. Your physical therapist will also work with you as part of the team who decide when it is safe to resume normal activities again, whether it’s returning to play or to work.
