Working for MOST Physical Therapy provides a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care to our community members and develop yourself as a person and professional.  Our well-defined culture emphasizes personal growth, professional development, mentoring, amazing customer service and compassion and empathy.  In our monthly staff meetings, you will find yourself discussing a book that we are reading as a group.  These books are chosen by the staff and allow us to develop ourselves personally as well as develop a sense of camaraderie seldom seen in medical offices.  We offer generous continuing education benefits and have monthly in house, hands on, clinical staff in-services.  In addition, each staff member is mentored by a senior staff to assure individual growth and to define an employee’s career path.  We have a formal amazing customer service program and a “called to care program” which discusses the evidence-based benefit of showing compassion and empathy toward staff and patients.  There is a sense of teamwork that is encouraged and is felt and seen in the office.

You will find yourself in an environment that focuses on the patient and their outcomes.  Sixty-minute evaluations and thirty-minute subsequent visits allow the clinicians to obtain stronger connections with patients and thus better outcomes and a greater sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.  The physical environment is kept clean and well cared for with emphasis placed on having current equipment.  The purpose of all this attention to detail is to produce a fun, rewarding and challenging environment that will minimize stress and burnout and maximize learning and growth.  We want all our employees to stay members of the team for a long time.  Our part time or per diem hourly rates are $50-$65 for PTs and $30-$40 for PTAs.  Salaried positions start at $45,000 for PTAs and $74,000 for new grads with a generous benefits package.  The salary for experienced PTs and PTAs is commensurate with experience.

The MOST difference

MOST is a growing, PT owned outpatient practice. We value and emphasize patient centered care. We reject the corporate mentality and overwhelming assembly line of a 3 to 6 patient per hour schedule. We strive to make every interaction positive for both the patient and the professional. That's why we are always looking for quality clinicians who are interested in becoming part of a dynamic team.

We have a mentoring program, management training and a team centered approach to patient care. We have programs to assist you in obtaining specialty certifications or your DPT degree. We encourage professional development and offer generous continuing education benefits. We provide our employees with a competitive salary and benefits package. Most importantly, we offer the ability to grow your skills and to work closely with a team dedicated to providing an amazing experience.
